Bob Blackman Re-elected for Second Term with Increased Majority
Bob Blackman has been re-elected as Member of Parliament for Harrow East for a second term.
Bob retained his seat with 24,668 votes against the Labour candidate’s 19,911 votes, doubling his majority to 4,757 votes and with almost 70% voter turnout.
In his victory speech Mr Blackman said “It is truly a privilege to represent the people of Harrow East, the most multi-cultural and multi-faith constituency in the country.”
“I would like to thank the voters for having confidence in me. I commit myself to represent them to my upmost ability.”
“We waged a positive campaign on my work for constituents for 5 years, the improved economic position and the long term plan for improvement in Harrow.”
