Vipin Mithani has lived in Harrow for the last forty years. He has served as a trustee at the Navnat Vanik Association, Past President of the Jain Social Group and as Secretary of the Vanik Professional Group and as a Trustee at the Jain network. He has been an activist for residents for the last twenty years championing local issues alongside the Late Councillor Vina Mithani ranging from bin collection, clean streets, traffic issues and community safety.

Kanti has lived in Harrow for the last twenty-five years, and runs his professional audit, accountancy and tax practice from Harrow. As an elected Councillor he has stood up for residents as Vice Chair for the Governance, Audit and Risk Management (GARMS) Committee, Shadow Portfolio Holder for Community Safety, member of the Scrutiny Panel and on the Licensing Committee and Licensing Panel. He continues to oversee the Finance team and regulatory requirements at a Faith charity and is a Trustee for an Educational Charity. In the past few years, he has got involved with local community issues ranging from education, environmental/cleaning, and saving the Gujrati Language at GCSE.
