Marilyn has represented Stanmore Ward since 1998, where she and her husband David live. She is the Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group and Shadow Portfolio Holder for Planning and Regeneration.  She is a Governor of Park High School and has served as a Magistrate since 2004.  Marilyn takes a keen interest in Planning and Development matters and hopes to be able to bring about a change in Planning Policy in Harrow in order to protect the character of the Borough’s suburbs.

As a Stanmore resident, Philip has been actively involved in local issues, gaining an insight into those which affect local residents and their families. He has been proud to represent Stanmore as one of its councillors over the past four years. He is a solicitor and particularly interested in local planning and environmental issues. They affect a wide spectrum of local residents and he is keen to ensure that these are properly represented. He looks forward to continuing to promote the interests of the local area and its residents.

Zak Wagman has lived in Stanmore his whole life. Stanmore and the local community has always been extremely important to him, and he is excited by the opportunity of being elected to stand up for residents on the local issues important to all of us. He works in supply chain for an international retailer. He is looking forward to working with Marilyn and Philip to continue campaigning on behalf of local residents for high quality council services and to keep our suburb a great place to live.
