David has served as a councillor from 1998 to 2010, and was leader of Harrow Council. He returned to full time professional life as an Expert Witness and Chartered Accountant after 2010. Now semi-retired, he has the time to apply himself to serving the residents of Centenary, as a member of an incoming Conservative administration. He knows much of the ward well, from his previous role as a Belmont councillor.

Govind Bharadia has been a resident in Harrow for number of years. He is a Teacher, Lecturer by profession and has been on the board of Governors at Stanmore and Oaklands College. Having been a familiar face in Harrow, Govind is determined to get the best deal for residents and to help them run a council that works for them. Public speaking, Community leadership and Organisational transformation is at the core of Govind’s work and he wishes to increase the standard of living for the residents in Centenary Ward.

During covid through my leadership we have donated 33000 meals to NHS staff, Hospitals, Hospices & front line Heroes.Passionate about tackling crime. Served as a Special Constable with Metropolitan Police. NHS Volunteerand regular fundraiser for numerous charities.
