Through building an effective partnership with local agencies, I have helped to resolve a variety of issues. Anjana has been a Harrow resident for 23 years. She was elected as a Councillor from 2002– 2010 and served as a Portfolio Holder for Community and Culture services and the Schools and Children’s Development service. She was re-elected in Belmont Ward in 2018 and has served as Shadow Portfolio holder for Community Safety and is currently the Shadow Portfolio holder for the Environment. Anjana represents London Road Safety at London Council, working closely with the Belmont Safer Neighbourhood Team, traders, police and residents.
