Philip has been resident in Stanmore for over thirty years. During this period, his contribution to the local community has included serving as a school governor, membership of the educational appears tribunal and past service as a local magistrate. Engagement in these activities has enabled Philip to appreciate the diversity of the community and gain an insight into many issues which affect local residents and their families.
Philip is particularly interested in planning, housing and environmental issues affecting the Stanmore area. These range from over-development through to illegal fly-tipping and garden refuge collection. Such issues affect a wide spectrum of local residents and Philip is keen to represent the interests of local residents on these matters.
Philip is married with two sons and three grandchildren. He has a legal background. He strongly believes in putting residents’ interests first and endeavours to serve the local community in an efficient and effective manner.
